We will refund any item returned to us provided it is returned unused and in its original condition, however this does not apply to made-to-measure products.

Please double-check your sizes before ordering. As these blinds are custom-manufactured to your specific dimensions, they cannot be returned or cancelled unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
